Built by the members, for the long hold.

Linkstone Holdings LLC is a privately held acquisition company. We are funded directly by our members — not by a fund with a clock running — which means every business we buy, we intend to keep.

About the firm

Linkstone Holdings LLC was formed in Wyoming to do one thing well: acquire sound, profitable businesses in the United States and United Kingdom and hold them with patience.

We are not a fund. There are no outside limited partners, no carry, and no mandate to return capital on a fixed schedule. The members of the LLC commit their own capital directly to each acquisition, which lets us make decisions on the merits of the business rather than the calendar of an investment vehicle.

That structure shapes everything about how we work. We move quickly once we've made up our mind, we don't require management changes as a condition of closing, and we are comfortable being the last buyer a founder ever needs to talk to.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Four core values.

01

Privately funded

Every acquisition is capitalized by the members of the LLC. No fund-of-funds, no outside LPs, no reporting obligations beyond our own.

02

Operator-respectful

We back the people already running the business. Our diligence is thorough; our involvement afterward is measured.

03

Cross-border by mandate

We evaluate opportunities in the US and UK with equal seriousness, and maintain the counsel and structures to close in both jurisdictions.

04

Indefinite hold

We underwrite to permanent ownership. If a business is sound today, our plan is to still own it in twenty years.

OUR STORY

How we came to be.

Formation

Linkstone Holdings LLC is organized in Wyoming as a private holding company, with a mandate to acquire rather than merely invest — and to hold what we acquire indefinitely.

Mandate

Cross-border scope is set from day one. The members agree that the opportunity set should include UK-based businesses alongside US targets, reflecting relationships and experience on both sides of the Atlantic.

Today

Linkstone continues to evaluate acquisitions directly, holding a small number of businesses closely rather than spreading capital thinly across many.
