For Sellers
Written for business owners considering a sale — plain language, their point of view.
What selling to Linkstone actually looks like.
Selling a business you've spent years building is not a transaction — it's a decision. We understand that, and we've designed our process around it.
There are no surprises, no last-minute condition changes, and no army of consultants parachuted in after close. What we agree at the outset is what happens.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions owners ask first.
No. Linkstone Holdings LLC is funded directly by its members. There is no external fund, no LP base, and no fixed investment period or exit mandate. We buy to keep.
Yes. We have a specific mandate to acquire UK-based businesses and maintain UK legal counsel to support cross-border transactions. We are comfortable with the full process on both sides of the Atlantic.
No. Linkstone is not a leveraged buyout firm. Acquisitions are funded primarily from member capital, which means the businesses we acquire are not loaded with debt at close.
We can move from first conversation to a signed Indication of Interest in a few days if the seller is ready.
Very little changes operationally. Linkstone takes a board seat and works with management on long-range planning. We do not install a new leadership team, rebrand the business, or impose a central operational model.
